Democratic Senator Joe Manchin III is eaten alive in this new comedic musical that's not at all based on Man of La Mancha. Absurd, grotesque, and for legal purposes, 100% satire, Manchin serves up a radical dish that just might feed the soul of a nation in need of liberation.

Kiana Clarke (Sweetie) is a Musical Theatre artist based in the New Jersey area. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and minor in Theatre from Cedar Crest College. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, exercising, taking trips to the beach and hiking. Kiana’s favorite credits include: Sally Bowles (Cabaret), Vera Stark (By the Way, Meet Vera Stark), Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Auntie Em (The Wiz) and Maria (Twelfth Night). A warm welcome to her family, friends and audience members!
Jeff Evans (Manchin) is a Philadelphia-based theatre artist. He is originally from Seattle, and loves to eat all sorts of things - though he has not yet tried a Senator.

About the Artist:
Nick Jonczak
Nick is a playwright, director, and producer of more than 20 original, full-length, live productions, including massive outdoor performance events, sprawling immersive adventures, and intimate, experimental plays. He's a founding co-producer of the Cannonball Festival, his Re-United States Theatre Project (RUST) was a finalist for the Creative Capital Award, and his solo gay Tarot cabaret, Doppelbanger, was selected for curation in the Cincinnati Fringe Festival and the international United Solo Festival, and was presented by The Tank in NYC. He's worked in executive administration for Arena Stage, the Barrymore Award-winning Almanac Dance Circus Theatre, and Impossible Theatre Company, which he founded. He's a current member of the NYC-based playwrights collective CutEdge. He holds a BA in Theater Activism and a certificate in ensemble-devised physical theatre from the Pig Iron School for Advanced Performance Training.
